Last updated: 29 October 2026
Please read this Acceptable Use Policy carefully before using the Platform. It sets out the standards that apply when you use the MyShoots® websites. These standards apply when you submit Content, communicate with other Users, or otherwise interact with the Platform. By using the Platform you accept this Policy. If you do not agree to it, you must stop using the Platform.
This Policy forms part of our Terms of Use (clubs.myshoots.io/terms). Words defined in our Terms of Use have the same meanings in this Policy.
1. Information About Us
The Platform is operated by MySports Community® Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15325915, trading as MyShoots®. Our registered office is 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.
You can contact us by email at info@myshoots.io or by telephone on +44 (0)7748 187330.
2. Who This Policy Applies To
This Policy applies to everyone who uses the Platform. That includes shooters, clubs and shooting grounds, event organisers, brands, partners and visitors. It covers all parts of the Platform, including www.myshoots.io and its subdomains, and the ScoreCard and Field Card.
3. Changes to this Policy
We may change this Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If we make significant changes, we will highlight them on the Platform and, if you have an Account, tell you by email.
If any part of the current version of this Policy conflicts with a previous version, the current version applies unless we say otherwise.
4. Acceptable Use of the Platform
You may only use the Platform lawfully. In particular:
- you must comply with all laws and regulations that apply to you;
- you must not use the Platform in any way, or for any purpose, that is unlawful or fraudulent;
- you must not knowingly send, upload or transmit any virus, malware or other code designed to harm any hardware, software or data;
- you must not send unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or marketing material (“spam”);

5. Interactive Services
The Platform includes the following interactive services:

- contact forms and email.
We assess the risks that our interactive services may pose to Users, including children, and decide what moderation is appropriate.
Club listings and calendar events are reviewed by a person before they are published. Other User Content, such as community posts and comments, is not checked before it appears. We review it when it is reported to us or when we become aware of a problem.
Children aged 13 to 17 may only use the interactive services with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. Children under 13 may not use them.
