We are the “controller” of the personal data described in this Policy. This means we decide how and why your personal data is used. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under registration number ZB654638.
For anything to do with your personal data, please contact us by email at info@myshoots.io, by telephone on +44 (0)7748 187330, or by post at our registered office address.
2. What This Policy Covers
This Policy applies to our website at www.myshoots.io, all of its subdomains (including clubs.myshoots.io, calendar.myshoots.io, brands.myshoots.io and partners.myshoots.io), and the ScoreCard and Field Card tools (together, the “Platform”). It also applies to our dealings with clubs, shooting grounds, brands and partners.
The Platform contains links to other websites, including those of clubs, brands and partners. We are not responsible for how those websites use personal data, so please read their privacy policies.
3. The Law
We use personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (together, “Data Protection Law”).
Personal data means any information about you from which you can be identified, directly or indirectly. It includes obvious information such as your name and contact details, and less obvious information such as your IP address and other online identifiers.
4. The Personal Data We Collect
Visitors to the Platform. When you visit the Platform, our hosting providers automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system and the pages you visit. On www.myshoots.io, cookies are also used (see Part 12).
Enquiries. If you contact us, we collect your name, contact details and anything else you choose to tell us.
Clubs and shooting grounds. If you list a club or ground, or submit events, we collect the name, role, email address and telephone number of the contact person. We also collect the club’s details, including its address and postcode, website, social media links, logo, images, videos and event details. Club contact details that you choose to publish appear publicly in the club directory and events calendar.
Brands and partners. If you list a brand or become a partner, we collect the name, role and contact details of the people we deal with, and the content you supply for your listing.
Account holders. Where a feature of the Platform needs an Account, we collect your name, email address, password (stored securely in encrypted form), profile information, and any photographs, posts and comments you share.
ScoreCard and Field Card. If you use these tools and choose to save or send your records to us (for example, so they can be carried into MyShoots® Pro), we collect the records you enter. These include dates, the ground or shoot, the discipline and your scores or records. We also collect the name and email address you give us.
MyShoots® Pro founding list. If you join the founding list, we collect your name and email address. If you refer friends, we collect the names and email addresses you give us so that we can invite them. Please only refer people who are happy to hear from us.
Payments. If you buy a Paid Service, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, your billing name and address, and the last four digits and expiry date of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
Marketing. If you sign up to our newsletter or events digest, we collect your name, email address and your marketing preferences.
Special category data. We do not currently ask for health information, criminal offence data or any other special category data. If future features of MyShoots® Pro need information of this kind, we will update this Policy and ask for your explicit consent before collecting it.
