Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your club listing tier at any time. Changes take effect on the 1st of the following month, giving us time to update your listing.

What happens if we stop paying?

Your club remains in the Free Listing tier at no cost. You won't lose your club profile or event submissions, just the premium features.

How do we get Verified Pro members?

Promote the Verified Pro signup link to your members. Verified Pro is like Strava for shooters — a personal shooting profile where members can track their scores, achievements, and progress across all the events they shoot at your club.

When your members sign up for Verified Pro (£4.99/month), they get:

• Personal shooting scoreboard
• Achievements & gamification
• Club connection
• Verified profile

Why this matters for club growth: Every Verified Pro member helps fund the new MyShoots® app (v2) with advanced scoring, gamification, and club community features. What's included in Premium Listing?

Premium Listing (£14.99/month after 30-day free trial) gives your club a full-featured profile: your logo, website link, photo gallery, video embed, and a local amenities widget showing nearby pubs, hotels, and gun shops. Premium clubs stand out with a badge in the directory and get early access to v2 app features.

Is there a contract?

Premium Listing: No contract. Choose monthly (£14.99/month) or annual (£149.88, billed upfront). You can upgrade or downgrade anytime with no penalty.

Premium + Compliance: Once v2 launches, Premium + Compliance requires a 12-month commitment. You can pay monthly (£49.99/month) or annual upfront (£599.88). This ensures clubs maintain consistent compliance records and member verification throughout the year.

Can we see our event listings?

Yes! All events submitted to MyShoots® appear on our UK Shooting Sports Calendar. Your members can discover your events there. In v2 (coming soon): Premium club profiles will automatically showcase your upcoming events, making it easy for visitors to see what's happening at your club. This is one reason why Premium clubs help fund v2 development!

What image and video sizes do we need?

Club logo: 400×400px, circular PNG or JPG (please provide as a circle — no cropping needed on our end).

Photo gallery (4 images): 600×600px minimum or 800×800px recommended (1:1 square aspect ratio), JPG or PNG. These display in a 2×2 grid on your club profile.

Event images: 240×240px minimum (1:1 square), JPG or PNG. We recommend uploading at 2× the minimum size (480×480px) for crisp display on mobile and desktop.

Video: Share a YouTube link to your channel, or provide an MP4 video file (1080p recommended, max ~500MB) and we'll upload it to MyShoots® YouTube and share from there. Videos display in 16:9 landscape format on your club profile.

What is v2? It's the React Native app everyone's talking about

Yes! v2 is the brand new MyShoots® mobile app — an easier, faster way to manage your club and connect with your members. Think of it as a dedicated app on your phone (or tablet) that brings all of MyShoots® together in one place. If you've used the MyShoots® website before, the app will feel familiar but faster and more intuitive. You'll be able to manage your club's members, see your upcoming events, and keep everyone in the shooting community connected — all from the app. Premium clubs get access to special member management tools that aren't available on the free listing tier.

Can clubs reconnect with members in v2?

Absolutely! In v2, clubs will be able to build and manage their own club roster inside the MyShoots® app. We're introducing a new Premium + Compliance tier (£49.99/month) that includes member roster management with UK firearms compliance verification.
