MyShoots® Terms of Sale
Last updated: 29 October 2026
Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before you buy a Paid Service. They set out the terms on which MySports Community® Ltd, trading as MyShoots®, sells subscriptions and other Paid Services. You will be asked to accept them when you place an Order.
These Terms of Sale are in three parts:
- Part A applies to everyone who buys from us;
- Part B applies to clubs, shooting grounds, brands and other business customers; and
- Part C applies to individual shooters buying MyShoots® Pro as consumers.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Terms of Use (clubs.myshoots.io/terms), our Acceptable Use Policy (clubs.myshoots.io/acceptable-use) and our Privacy and Cookie Policy (clubs.myshoots.io/privacy). These Terms of Sale and all Contracts are in English only.
Part A: Terms for All Customers

2. Information About Us
We are MySports Community® Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15325915, trading as MyShoots®. Our registered office is 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.
You can contact us by email at info@myshoots.io, by telephone on +44 (0)7748 187330, or by post at our registered office address.
We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our prices. If we become VAT registered, Clause 5.4 will apply.
3. Our Paid Services
The Paid Services we currently offer, their main features and their prices are described on the Platform, including on our club, brand and MyShoots® Pro pages. The description and price shown when you place your Order form part of your Contract.
Free features of the Platform, such as Free Listings for clubs, the club directory, the events calendar, and the ScoreCard and Field Card, are not Paid Services and are covered by our Terms of Use.
We may introduce, change or withdraw Paid Services from time to time. This will not affect a Contract you have already entered into, except as these Terms of Sale allow.
4. Orders and How the Contract is Formed
You can place an Order online through our checkout, which is provided by Stripe, or by agreeing an order with us in writing.
Before you submit an online Order, you will be shown the Paid Service, its price, how often you will be charged, any free trial or introductory price and what happens when it ends, any minimum commitment, and how to cancel. Please check your Order carefully and correct any errors before you submit it.
Your Order is an offer to buy the Paid Service. The Contract is formed when we send you an Order Confirmation by email. The Order Confirmation will include the Paid Service, the price, the payment frequency and the key terms, together with a copy of, or link to, these Terms of Sale.
If we cannot accept your Order, we will tell you and will not charge you. If you have already paid, we will refund you within 14 days.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are as shown on the Platform when you place your Order, or as agreed with us in writing.
Subscriptions are paid in advance at the start of each Subscription Period, by credit or debit card, through Stripe. By ordering a Subscription, you authorise us to take each recurring payment from your card until you cancel. Business Customers may pay by invoice where we agree this in writing.
If a payment fails, we will let you know and try again. If payment is still outstanding 14 days after we first tell you, we may suspend the Paid Service until you have paid (see Clause 9).
If we become VAT registered, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice. For Consumers, the prices we show will always be the total price you pay, including any VAT. For Business Customers, VAT will be added to our prices at the applicable rate from the date of registration.
If we have shown a price incorrectly, we will contact you before we accept your Order. If we have already accepted your Order and the error was obvious, we may cancel the Contract and refund anything you have paid.
6. Free Trials, Introductory Prices and Founding Rates
Some Paid Services start with a free trial or a reduced introductory or founding price. We will tell you before you order how long the free trial or reduced price lasts and what you will pay afterwards.
Before a free trial or reduced price ends, we will send you a reminder by email. It will say when the trial or reduced price ends, what you will pay afterwards, and how to cancel.
You can cancel at any time during a free trial without paying anything.
Unless the offer says otherwise, a free trial or introductory price is available once per club, business or person, and cannot be combined with any other offer.
7. Renewals and Reminders
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each Subscription Period until you cancel.
For monthly Subscriptions, we will send you a reminder at least every six months. It will confirm what you are paying and how to cancel.
For annual Subscriptions and any fixed commitment, we will send you a reminder before each renewal. It will tell you the renewal date, the price you will pay and how to cancel before you are charged.
8. Price Changes
We may change the price of a Subscription by giving you at least 30 days’ notice by email before the change takes effect.
A price change will not apply until the start of your next Subscription Period after the notice period. It will not apply during any fixed commitment period or founding rate period that you have already agreed, unless we agree otherwise with you.
If you do not want to pay the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect and you will not be charged the new price.
9. Providing the Paid Services
We will provide the Paid Services with reasonable care and skill, and in line with the description on the Platform when you placed your Order.
Paid Services start on the date shown in your Order Confirmation, or immediately if no date is given.
We may need to suspend the Paid Services occasionally to fix technical problems or make improvements. Unless it is an emergency, we will try to tell you in advance. If a suspension lasts more than 7 days in a row, we will adjust your next payment to reflect the time you could not use the Paid Service.
If you do not pay on time, we may suspend the Paid Services until you have paid, after telling you in writing.
10. How to Cancel
You can cancel a Subscription at any time, either through the account or billing portal link in your Order Confirmation or any receipt, or by emailing info@myshoots.io with the subject line “Cancel”. We will confirm your cancellation by email.
Unless Part B or Part C says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current Subscription Period. You can keep using the Paid Service until then, and you will not be charged again.
Your rights to cancel in specific circumstances are set out in Parts B and C.
11. Our Rights to End the Contract
We may end a Contract at any time by giving you at least 30 days’ notice in writing. If we do, we will refund any amount you have paid in advance for any period after the Contract ends.
We may end a Contract immediately by telling you in writing if:
- you do not pay any amount due within 14 days of us telling you that it is overdue; or
- you seriously breach these Terms of Sale, our Terms of Use or our Acceptable Use Policy and (if the breach can be put right) you do not put it right within 14 days of us asking you to.
12. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing the Contract caused by an event outside our reasonable control. Examples include failure of the internet or of a hosting or payment provider, power failure, fire, flood, storm, epidemic, war, terrorism, industrial action by third parties and government action.
If such an event happens, we will tell you as soon as reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the effect. If it continues for more than 30 days, either of us may end the Contract by telling the other in writing. We will refund any amount you have paid in advance for any period after the Contract ends.
13. Problems and Complaints
If you have a problem with a Paid Service or want to make a complaint, please email info@myshoots.io with the subject line “Complaint”. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
14. Your Personal Data
We will use your personal data as set out in our Privacy and Cookie Policy.
15. Changes to these Terms of Sale
We may change these Terms of Sale, for example to reflect changes in the law or in our Paid Services. If we change them in a way that affects an existing Contract, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email.
If the change is to your material disadvantage, you may cancel the affected Subscription before the change takes effect. If you do, we will refund any amount you have paid in advance for any period after cancellation, and any fixed commitment period will not apply.
16. Other Important Terms
We may transfer our rights and obligations under a Contract to another organisation, for example if we sell our business. We will tell you in writing, and your rights will not be affected.
You may only transfer your rights or obligations under a Contract to someone else if we agree in writing.
The Contract is between you and us. No one else has any right to enforce any of its terms.
If a court or other authority finds any part of these Terms of Sale unlawful or unenforceable, the rest will remain in force.
If we do not insist straight away that you do something you are required to do, or if we delay taking action, we can still insist on it later.
17. Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale, each Contract and the relationship between you and us (whether contractual or otherwise) are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you are a Consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, depending on where you live. Nothing in Clause 17.1 affects your rights as a Consumer to rely on those provisions.
If you are a Business Customer, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Part B: Clubs, Shooting Grounds, Brands and Other Business Customers
18. Application
Part B applies to Business Customers, in addition to Part A. Where Part B conflicts with Part A, Part B applies.
By placing an Order, you confirm that you are buying for business purposes or on behalf of a club or other organisation, and that you are authorised to enter into the Contract on its behalf.
The statutory cooling-off rights that apply to Consumers do not apply to Business Customers.
19. Club Plans
Our club plans and their features are described on the Platform. They currently include:
- Free Listing, which is free of charge and is not a Paid Service;
- Premium Listing, which gives enhanced visibility and featured placement in the club directory and events calendar, together with the other features described on the Platform. It is available monthly or annually, and may start with a free trial; and
- Premium + Compliance, once launched. It has a minimum commitment of 12 months, paid monthly. We will describe its features in full before you order.
Premium Listing and Premium + Compliance improve your club’s visibility and the tools available to you. We do not guarantee any particular number of views, bookings, members or results.
20. Brand Premium Listings
Brand Premium Listings give verified brands a listing and access to shooters on the Platform, as described on the Platform at the time you order. They are paid monthly unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Partnership packages for partners are agreed in writing and may be subject to separate terms. If they are, those terms apply in addition to these Terms of Sale.
21. Your Responsibilities
You must make sure that the information and Content you supply is accurate, up to date and lawful, and that you have all the rights and permissions needed for us to publish it. This includes club details, event details, prices, logos, images and videos.
You are solely responsible for your events and activities, including safety, supervision, insurance, licensing, the eligibility of participants and compliance with the law. We are a listing and information platform, and we are not a party to any booking or other arrangement between you and any shooter, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Any advertising or promotional Content you supply must comply with the CAP Code and all applicable laws.
You will indemnify us against any claims, losses and costs arising from Content you supply, or from your events and activities.
22. Cancellation and Commitments
You may cancel a monthly Subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month.
You may cancel an annual Subscription at any time so that it does not renew. It will continue until the end of the paid year, and fees already paid for that year are not refundable, except where Clauses 11.1, 12.2, 15.2 or 22.4 apply.
If your plan has a minimum commitment, such as the 12-month commitment for Premium + Compliance, you may give notice to cancel at any time. However, you must pay the monthly fees for the rest of the commitment period, except where Clauses 11.1, 12.2, 15.2 or 22.4 apply. After the commitment period ends, the plan continues monthly and can be cancelled at the end of any month.
You may end a Contract immediately by telling us in writing if we seriously breach it and (if the breach can be put right) do not put it right within 30 days of you asking us to, or if we become insolvent. In that case, we will refund any amount you have paid in advance for any period after the Contract ends, and you will not have to pay any remaining commitment fees.
When a Paid Service ends, your listing will return to a Free Listing (if available) unless you ask us to remove it.
23. Our Liability to Business Customers
Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to Clause 23.1, we are not liable for any loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, bookings or members; loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; loss of anticipated savings; loss or corruption of data; or any indirect or consequential loss.
Subject to Clause 23.1, our total liability to you under or in connection with each Contract, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, is limited to the total fees you have paid under that Contract in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Except as expressly set out in these Terms of Sale, all warranties, conditions and other terms implied by law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Part C: MyShoots® Pro for Consumers
24. Application
Part C applies to Consumers buying a MyShoots® Pro subscription, in addition to Part A. Where Part C conflicts with Part A, Part C applies.
You must be 18 or over to buy MyShoots® Pro. A parent or guardian may buy MyShoots® Pro for a shooter aged 13 to 17 and is responsible for the subscription.
25. MyShoots® Pro
MyShoots® Pro is a monthly subscription that gives you the features described on the Platform at the time you order. Some features, such as scoring and leaderboards, are free for all shooters and do not need a MyShoots® Pro subscription.
MyShoots® Pro is a digital service that we will continue to develop. We may improve, change or add features, provided that the overall service you receive is not materially reduced. If we make a change that materially reduces the service, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and receive a refund of any amount paid in advance for any period after cancellation.
26. Founding List and Founding Rate
Joining the MyShoots® Pro founding list is free. You do not need to give any payment details, and you are not committing to buy anything. When MyShoots® Pro launches, we will email you the full details and you can then choose whether to subscribe.
If you subscribe at the founding rate, you will pay the founding rate shown when you join (currently £1.99 a month) for the first 12 months of your paid subscription. After that, you will pay the standard price (currently £4.99 a month) unless you cancel. We will remind you before the founding rate ends, as described in Clause 6.2.
If you refer two friends who each sign up to MyShoots® Pro, your founding rate period will be extended from 12 months to 18 months.
Founding members also receive a permanent Founding badge on their profile. We will describe any other founding benefits when you join.
The founding rate is available for a limited time, and we may close it to new members at any time. Closing it will not affect anyone who has already secured it. The founding rate is not available to anyone who has received MyShoots® Pro free for a period through a partner offer, and it cannot be combined with any other offer.
27. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
As a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your MyShoots® Pro subscription within 14 days of the day after your Order Confirmation, without giving any reason.
When you subscribe, you will be asked to agree that MyShoots® Pro starts immediately. If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will refund what you have paid, minus a proportionate amount for the days on which you had access to MyShoots® Pro before you told us you wanted to cancel.
To cancel, use the billing portal link or email info@myshoots.io with the subject line “Cancel”. You can use the model cancellation form in the Schedule at the end of these Terms of Sale, but you do not have to. Any clear statement that you want to cancel is enough. We will confirm your cancellation by email and refund you within 14 days of you telling us, using the payment method you used.
28. Cancelling After the Cooling-Off Period
You can cancel MyShoots® Pro at any time, as easily as you signed up. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly Subscription Period. You will keep access until then and will not be charged again.
When your subscription ends, you will keep access to the free features of the Platform, and your records will remain in your Account unless you delete it.
29. Your Legal Rights
We are under a legal duty to supply MyShoots® Pro in line with these Terms of Sale. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says that services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, and that digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If we do not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repeat performance, a repair or replacement, or a price reduction or refund.
For detailed information about your legal rights, please visit the Citizens Advice website (www.citizensadvice.org.uk) or call 0808 223 1133. Nothing in these Terms of Sale affects your legal rights.
30. Our Liability to Consumers
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms of Sale or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if both of us knew it might happen when the Contract was made. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the Paid Services; or for damage to your device or digital content caused by defective digital content we have supplied, where you have not been able to avoid the damage by following our advice.
MyShoots® Pro is for domestic and private use. We are not liable to you for any business losses.
